Cherry Electrical Products offers the G80-8113 full-size Keyboard that integrates both a magnetic stripe reader and a touch pad with two mouse buttons directly into the keyboard. These space-saving, point-of-sale features make the G80-8113 ideal for POS, credit card, loyalty program, healthcare, banking, hospitality, inventory control, and membership/ID applications. The two-button touch pad is a unique new Cherry feature that eliminates the need for a separate, or standalone, pointing device at a POS workstation. Not only does this offer a significant space saving at the terminal, it also simplifies communication between the operator and the PC. To move the cursor, the operator need only slide their finger across the touch pad; to select items, the operator simply taps the touchpad.
