  • Recruiting & talent management. Recruiting modules manage job postings, applicant resumes and hiring workflows. Talent management modules archive performance reviews, employee skills, training histories and other information.
  • Benefits administration. Benefits modules provide easy access to enrollment forms and benefit changes. Most connect directly with external benefits providers.
