SunTrust Ranked No.1 In J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction Survey

Bank was top choice of 6,600 small business owners surveyed
According to one recent ranking of banking services, a well-known lender is head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to small business services.
In the J.D. Power and Associates Customer Satisfaction with Small Business Banking study, SunTrust bank was ranked No. 1 on a range of different factors. Among the factors that the more than 6,600 respondents were surveyed on were credit services, account information, problem solutions, fees, account activities and product offerings.
"We are extremely pleased with this distinction from J.D. Power and Associates - we know that business owners want a financial partner who understands the complexities of their business needs and offers tailored expertise to spur their business growth," said Bill Holt, executive vice president of Business Banking at SunTrust. "We articulated our commitment to serving business owners earlier this year by introducing our Business Class Banking program."
As Holt mentioned, SunTrust made other news for small business recently when it introduced "Business Class Banking." The new program represents an effort to become a trusted resource for entrepreneurs.
