Company Offers Small Business Receptionist Service

Service will answer calls 24-hours a day

Thanks to one company, small businesses will be able to have more professional telephone services at their fingertips. The Live Answering Network recently announced that it would be making technology news for small businesses by offering a new answering service that can lead to sales opportunities around the clock. The live receptionist will handle all calls, no matter what time of day, and make it easier get connected with potential clients.

The receptionist will be trained in how to handle setting up meetings with the company and will be a welcome change from the usual automated voice messaging system. By talking to a live human being, customers will more easily get their questions answered. In addition to answering calls, the operators will also make sales calls on behalf of the small business. Using information provided to them by the company and their websites, the operators will work at all hours of the day to increase sales.

Other companies have been making phone-related news for small business. Panasonic was recently named the best small business telephone company by gaining the No. 1 market share in North America, according to a study by T3i Group.
