Intelius Introduces New Tool For Small Businesses

Company unveils TrueRep
These days, nothing is more vital to small business owners than their online identities. In recent technology news for entrepreneurs, Intelius introduced True Rep, which gives small business owners new tools to help manage how they are viewed on the internet.
The company released a beta version of the software in recent days and has allowed current customers to sign up. Intelius will release the full version in the spring of 2011, and leaders at the company are hoping that entrepreneurs will find it useful to have more control.
"TrueRep represents a very important step forward for consumers to become more aware and engaged with their online identity and reputation," said Prakash Kondepudi, senior vice president for Consumer ServicesBusiness at Intelius. "As the industry leader in the people search space, we heard from consumers that they wanted greater transparency and influence over their own digital identity."
Intelius has been recognized in the past for its high level of service. In 2009 the company was nominated for the Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year during the International Business Awards.
