VC Firms on TwitterWondering how to raise venture capital? You might start by networking with venture capitalists on Twitter. Here's a list of venture capitalists on Twitter.
There are not that many venture capital firms on Twitter, but everyday a few more seem to show up. Pitching a business plan via Twitter will really require you to get your elevator pitch down – you've only got 140 characters. You can also use Twitter to find out the personal interests of a venture capitalist to give you an edge in building relationships with venture capitalists. Do they like sushi? If so, invite them out for sushi. (That works for me, by the way). OK, here's the VC firms on Twitter that I know of. In many cases, it's not the VC firm on Twitter but rather one of their analysts or partners. (In the future, I will add a list of private equity firms on Twitter. In the meantime, you might try using Twellow.com.)
