Disclaimer for Private Thoughts. I post things here that are of interest to me personally and that I believe may be of interest to others who are persistent enough to find this section of the site. I chronicle my entrepreneurial experience a fair bit and document some lessons learned that might help others.

Bear in mind that everything in here is a "work in progress" that is subject to change. Also, don't read too much into these documents. Words, especially those that are written casually, have a tendency to pin one down, to not reflect the full breadth of one's thoughts and opinions.

More importantly, they are never current. Over time, opinions and viewpoints change but written words don't -- I certainly don't envision having much time to revisit and re-work these pages to reflect my latest thinking. As such, these thoughts will always potentially be out of date -- thoughts and ideas that I had once but have since abandoned.
