Angel Investors

Definition of Angel Investors

Angel Investors are individuals who back emerging entrepreneurial ventures.

Typically, angel investments are provided as a bridge financing mechanism designed to get the entrepreneur from the self-funded stage to the level of business that is either self-sustaining or can and attract venture capital. Angel funding levels typically anywhere from $50,000 to $2 million.
