Good news for small businesses is that the Now What? program is affordable. For $249, small business owners or marketing executives can work with Now What? to craft a Social Media Marketing Strategic Action Plan. In a face-to-face meeting with Now What? marketers in Atlanta, small business entrepreneurs will generate a social media strategy and action plan based on individual objectives and budget. Now What? is also offering help in implementing the plan.

Now What? has burnished its reputation by working with Fortune 500 companies including Coca-Cola and other big businesses such as Heineken and Chick-Fil-A. Company co-founder Ken Morris said the importance of small business success in driving the overall economy is motivating Now What? to work with smaller enterprises through this program.

According to a U.S. Bank survey released June 22, social media use among small businesses rose 7 percentage points from 2010, to reach 39 percent this year. And a recent Zoomerang survey showed small business social media use is most prevalent in the Great Plains and in the Southeast region where Now What? is located.
