Aside from helping the restaurants grow and prosper, this involves being involved with the community in a real way. It's expected that you will sponsor high school teams, for example, community organizations, adult athletics programs, and other neighborhood activities. Before you can be considered an authoritative franchisee, you must learn the Beef's system, prove you can execute to their standards, visit 6 to 10+ other Beef's locations, talk to Franchise Partners, and interact with Beef's operators. 18 to 24 months later you have the possibility of being recognized as an authoritative franchisee.
