Franchise Profile — Fuddruckers, Inc.

The Fuddruckers motto is, "If it ain't great, we don't do it."

Phil Romano opened the first Fuddruckers in San Antonio, Texas, in 1980 because he couldn't find a place to get a great, fresh hamburger. Using freshly baked bread and buns, fresh produce and a variety of mouth-watering toppings, this growing restaurant chain has stores popping up from Boston to Burbank, as well as in Puerto Rico and Canada.

Besides beef hamburgers ranging from 1/3 of a pound to a whopping one pound, Fuddruckers has expanded its enticing menu to include turkey, ostrich, salmon and garden gourmet burgers, as well as rib eye steak, chicken sandwiches, Cajun chicken and chicken tenderloins.

Discover how to start a Fuddruckers in your location, and develop your own loyal following of customers, er, Fudd-Buddies!
