Experienced entrepreneurs with a passion for awesome service; We are Richard and Martijn. We met at TU Delft and got into entrepreneurship while studying Maritime Engineering. In 2014, we started Swapfiets, the bicycle subscription with the blue front tire. That grew from a small idea in a student dorm into an international company with hundreds of thousands of users. In 2024, we started Eccasion because we believe that electric driving should be accessible to everyone and the transition to sustainable mobility can be faster!
