Our story began with a personal experience, when our founder's pet Mocha was diagnosed with a skin condition and the process of finding a solution was frustrating and costly. Long wait times, limited access to medical records, and a lack of direct and coordinated communication with doctors were just some of the challenges faced. This made us realize that there is a need for a more innovative approach to veterinary care that goes beyond the traditional brick and mortar clinic model.
