We believe patients deserve better tools to understand their care and follow through after every visit. Patients leave visits with a lot to take in. Medications, instructions, follow-ups, and next steps are often explained quickly, and much of it is forgotten within minutes. As physicians, we saw this happen regularly. Patients weren't failing to follow instructions, they simply didn't have the tools to remember and act on what was discussed. Kin gives patients a clear record of every visit so they can understand their care and know what to do next.
