Founded in 2001, and based in Dallas, TX, Humitech is a manufacturer and distributor of humidity control products.

One such product, Humitech Sorbite panels, forms the basis of the franchisee operation. Franchisees rent these panels to clients on a monthly basis, swapping old panels out for new ones each month, thereby allowing the old ones to recharge naturally before being re-used.

No franchise fees or royalty fees are levied. Franchisees are given exclusive territories and Humitech opportunities are available from $12,500. Within the US, three levels of franchise are offered: Silver ($12,500), Gold ($35,000), and Platinum ($75,000). International rates are quoted on a per country basis.
