Marble Slab Creamery has a different style than most ice-creameries. After choosing an ice cream flavor tthe ice-cream is scooped onto a frozen marble slab where "mixins" like nuts and candies are blended in. Then the whole thing is put into the waffle cone flavor of your choice.
In addition to the unique slab and mix in concept, Marble Slab offers traditional flavors like chocolate and strawberry alongside premium flavors invluding Cheesecake and Chocolate Amaretto.
Although Marble Slab likes to see franchise experience, it's not a requirement. A complete training program is offered at the company-owned store and home office in Houston, Texas.
