Unlike other peer advisory service providers, the Renaissance program offers three distinct components: Forum Groups, One-to-One Coaching and annual Strategies for Success workshops:

  • Forum Groups. Forum groups are the foundation of the Renaissance peer advisory process. Each groups contains eight to twelve chief executives who have been expertly assessed and assigned to the group based on company size, location and other factors. Each group meets for a half-day per month for sessions that are highly interactive and designed to apply the group's collective expertise to critical business issues.
  • One-to-One Coaching. Based on availability, one-to-one coaching takes place on either a monthly or quarterly basis. During coaching sessions, members meet with their Renaissance Executive Forum chairperson to discuss a variety of issues that are ultimately tailored to each leader's individual needs. The kinds of issues that are typically discussed in coaching sessions include topics for presentation at forum groups, follow-up on the implementation of action items, the identification of individual needs and personal/business strategic planning.
  • Strategies for Success Workshop. Strategies for Success is an annual two-day planning retreat that creates opportunities for leaders to gain self-awareness and valuable insights from other top executives. Members participate in a guided retreat process that emphasizes practical strategies and makes focus the highest priority for a few brief days.
