Alliance Church Background Information
The Alliance Church has more than 2,000 U.S. churches with a combined membership of more than 430,000 people. Outside of the United States, the Alliance, as it is known, has approximately 18,000 fellowships in 81 countries around the world.
The Alliance's core theology is the "Fourfold Gospel," which proclaims Jesus as Savior, Sanctifier, Healer and Coming King.
There is a very systematic, methodological approach to starting new Alliance churches. Details are available on The Alliance website. The main vehicle for new church creation is the Church Leadership Academy, which encourages the development of leaders who want to plant and grow healthy Great Commission churches.
