Subway is looking both for new franchisees and for real estate for current franchisees. You can also sign up to be an Area Developer developing and supporting a certain number of Subways in a given geographical area (current options for this are every continent save Antartica and North and South America.

The franchise fee for a U.S. Subway is $12,500. (International fees, equipment costs, and financing vary). Support includes site selection, restaurant design, equipment ordering, other training and then ongoing support.

There's an 8% royalty and a 4.5% fee into the advertising fund (in the U.S.).

Subway's international presence is growing and offers the broadest franchise potential currently.
