BigBand Networks, Inc., a leading provider of network platforms for video, voice and data services, today announced the completion of its acquisition of the IP Cable Business Unit of ADC Telecommunications, Inc., including the Cuda" and FastFlow product lines. The company also announced that it has completed a $25 million venture capital financing to enhance its leadership positioning in infrastructure for all media over broadband networks. The financing brings the total amount of venture capital raised by BigBand Networks to more than $100 million.
