Proceeds Purpose
Zogenix said it used $4 million of the proceeds from the Series A funding to acquire Aradigm Corp.'s Intraject technology. The company also has agreed to a second milestone payment and royalties that have not been disclosed. Zogenix plans to use the technology for the development of Intraject sumatriptan, a single use subcutaneous delivery system that is both needle free and disposable.
