Second Nature Computing is an applied AI lab working on proactive intelligence, the idea that the devices and apps we already use can anticipate what we need and bring it forward at the right time, instead of waiting to be asked. We started the company on a hunch. Phones know an enormous amount, your calendar, your location, who you've been talking to, what time of day it is, what the weather is doing. Almost none of it becomes useful unless you go fetch it yourself. You open the app. You search the inbox. You check the forecast. The device is patient, and unhelpful. We think this can change.
