Arrowroot Capital was formed by Matthew Safaii who previously led the acquisitions team at ICG Group (NYSE: ICGE). During his tenure at ICG, Matthew identified an opportunity in the market for an established firm to focus on placing smaller sized growth equity checks into growing, mature, and established software companies. Arrowroot aims to provide equity capital in the range of $1M-$15M, but has access to a much larger pool of capital if needed.
