We are a new type of venture capital fund. We want to help innovative entrepreneurs build distinctive technology companies while also catalyzing development in the technology ecosystem in Newark. Our backers and partners include Audible (an Amazon Company), Prudential, Dun & Bradstreet and many others. We invest in Seed and Series A companies and then support growth and development by leveraging our network of corporate partners and mentors. We will invest up to $1 million in our companies.
