Eagle Point was founded in 2012 by Thomas Majewski and Stone Point Capital. Eagle Point manages capital on behalf of institutional, high-net worth and retail investors through private funds, separately managed accounts, publicly-listed closed-end vehicles and public-non traded vehicles. The objective of our investment process is to source, evaluate and execute investments in CLOs, Portfolio Debt Securities and other credit investments that we believe have the potential to outperform their respective markets generally. Our team employs an "all-weather" approach that capitalizes on what we believe are the best opportunities in both the primary and secondary markets. We believe our process is more akin to a private equity style investment approach than to the typical process used by many investors in freely tradable fixed income-type securities.
