Vantaan Energia is one of Finland's largest urban energy companies. We produce electricity and district heating and sell heating services in Vantaa and nearby areas. Our crown jewel is a waste power plant completed in 2014, which turns unusable trash into something useful. The city of Vantaa owns 60 percent of our company and the city of Helsinki 40 percent.
