Overview

MITS Capital LLC was founded in early 2024 to bring investment capital into Ukraine's domestic defense industry. MITS Capital also offers investment bank advisory and consultant services to Ukrainian defense companies and to NATO-affiliated parties interested in participating in the Ukrainian defense ecosystem. MITS Capital is the owner of MITS Accelerator, the only Y-Combinator style accelerator for defense tech startups in Ukraine. Through MITS Accelerator, MITS Capital provides seed capital and a 15-week boot camp for entrepreneurs. MITS Accelerator is located on the campus of American University of Kyiv, and partners with AUK in providing the accelerator curriculum.
